Work-Life Balance:
We prioritize a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible schedules to accommodate your needs. We also provide opportunities for evening and weekend shifts, giving you the flexibility to choose when you work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
Accompany clients to appointments, including grocery shopping, doctor visits, and pharmacy runs
Assist clients with mobility tasks (active and passive) as outlined in their care plan, documenting any changes and reporting them to the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification in good standing or willingness to obtain HHA certification
High school diploma or GED
Certified CPR and negative TB test (or chest X-ray)
Reliable, insured automobile with proof of insurance
Ability to adhere to HIPAA standards and maintain client confidentiality
Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with varied mobility needs (standing, walking, bending, squatting, etc.)
